Examples

  • A landlord who hired you to manage their building is a client. Set them as the owner of the property and send them owner statements.
  • The family renting the second floor of that building is a tenant with a lease.
  • Investors who bought fractions of a property are clients with holdings, when the fractional ownership module is on.

Note: There is no tenant portal. Tenants pay you and contact you directly, and you record what happens in EasyHaus.
