Cookie policy

Effective 16 October 2026.

EasyHaus uses cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for. On the website and in the manager app we also use Google Analytics to measure usage. In countries where the law requires opt-in consent (including the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland) Analytics is loaded only after you accept in the banner; elsewhere it runs unless you reject it. We do not use advertising cookies. Client portals do not use Analytics.

1. Cookies

Apart from your cookie choice, the language and, where you consented, Google Analytics, the website sets no cookies. Session cookies are set only when you sign in, and only on the address you sign in to.

2. Local storage

The apps also keep a few preferences in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

eh.sidebar.collapsed: whether the sidebar is collapsed.
eh.dismissed-platform-announcements: announcements you closed.
Unsaved drafts of property forms, so you do not lose your input.

3. Third parties

Google Analytics is provided by Google, which receives usage data from the website and the app only with your consent where required. When an organization owner subscribes or manages billing, they are sent to pages hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.

4. Your choices

You can change your Analytics choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, and delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the session cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
