For real estate investors

Rental property management software for investors who run their own portfolio.

Three flats, a small house and a shop are already more than a spreadsheet handles well. Rent arrives on different days, a tenant falls behind, repairs pile up and at the end of the year nobody is sure what each property really earned.

EasyHaus gives a private landlord the same tools a management company uses, without the setup: units, leases, a rent ledger, arrears, repairs, expenses, NOI and valuations.

Know what each property returns

Record valuations as they come in, and EasyHaus shows yields and IRR from dated cash flows next to the operating numbers. See reporting.

Small portfolio, small bill

If you manage alone, you need one manager seat. Tenants, units, properties and vendors are unlimited and never billed. Try every feature free for 14 days without a card, then see pricing.

What it does not do

  • It does not collect rent or connect to your bank: payments are recorded by you.
  • It does not file taxes or replace an accountant; it gives them clean numbers per property.

Frequently asked questions

Is EasyHaus suitable for a landlord with a few properties?

Yes. One manager seat covers a landlord who manages alone, and there is no limit on properties, units or tenants.

Can I track rental income and expenses per property?

Yes. Rent charged and collected comes from the lease ledgers, expenses are recorded by category on each property, and the operations tab shows income, expenses and NOI.

Does EasyHaus connect to my bank?

Not yet. You record payments with the amount, date, method and reference; a bank feed is not available.
