Clients in EasyHaus are the people you work for: landlords whose property you manage, co-owners and investors. Each has a record with identity checks and history, and can sign in to a portal with your name, logo and colours to read what you share with them.

Only their own records and what you choose to share.

The portal and the manager app are available in Arabic, Azerbaijani, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish, chosen per person.
Frequently asked questions
Can property owners log in to see their documents and statements?
Yes. Each owner or investor you invite signs in to your branded portal and sees the documents, statements, announcements and messages you share with them, and nothing from other clients.
Can I use my own domain for the portal?
Yes. Connect a domain you own; EasyHaus verifies it through DNS and issues the certificate. Until then the portal runs at <your-name>.easy.haus.
Which clients are billed?
Clients in active status, who can sign in to the portal, are client seats. Leads, prospects, inactive and archived clients are not billed.
