When the family invites others into a property, the fractional ownership module runs the offering, the cap table, distributions to the cent and investor statements, alongside the rental operations of the same building.

Yes. Each property has an owner client, and the owner statement lists that owner's properties with rent charged, collected, expenses and net per currency.
Can family members see only their own properties?
Yes. Each person invited to the portal sees only their own records and the documents you share with them.
