For realtors and letting agents

Software for realtors and letting agents who manage rentals for landlords.

Finding the tenant is the start. After that come the monthly rent, the tenant who pays late, the boiler that breaks in January and the landlord who wants to know what their flat earned this year. EasyHaus runs that part of the business.

Each landlord is a client with their properties, each tenancy is a lease with its own rent ledger, and each landlord gets a statement and a portal under your agency's brand.

A letting agent's month in EasyHaus

The routine work, done from one list instead of five spreadsheets.

How a letting agency's routine tasks run in EasyHaus
TaskHow EasyHaus handles it
Let a unitThe lease wizard takes the property, unit, tenant, rent, service charge, due day and deposit, and refuses a lease that overlaps an existing one.
Collect the rentCharges are raised on the due day; you record each payment as it reaches your client account, with method and reference.
Chase arrearsThe arrears list shows every balance owed, the oldest charge and its age bucket.
Handle a repairLog a work order, assign a vendor, follow the timeline and turn the invoice into an expense on completion.
Report to the landlordAn owner statement for the period: rent charged, collected, expenses by category and the net result.
Re-let on timeLeases in notice and leases expiring within 90 days are on the dashboard, and vacant units are one filter away.

Landlords as clients, with their own portal

Every landlord is a client record with contact details, identity documents and a timeline. Set them as the owner of their properties and their owner statements pick up the right numbers.

  • Invite landlords to a portal with your agency's logo and colours, at your own domain if you like.
  • Share statements, certificates and signed leases with the landlord they belong to, and nobody else.
  • Send announcements, for example a change of fees, to all landlords or a group.

A price that does not grow with your rent roll

You pay per team member and per landlord with portal access. Tenants, units, properties and vendors are unlimited and never billed, so taking on a new building does not change the bill. See pricing.

What EasyHaus does not do for agents

  • It does not advertise vacancies or send listings to property portals.
  • It does not collect rent or hold client money: payments go to your account, and you record them.
  • Tenants do not have a portal yet, and leases are signed outside EasyHaus and uploaded.

Is EasyHaus a CRM for estate agents?

Not for sales leads. EasyHaus is for the management side of lettings: landlords, properties, units, tenants, leases, rent, repairs and owner statements, with a portal for landlords.

Can I manage properties for many landlords?

Yes. Each landlord is a client, each property has an owner, and owner statements and portal access are separate per landlord.

Does EasyHaus take the rent into a client account?

No. Rent goes to the bank account you choose, as it does today. EasyHaus records each payment and keeps the balance of each lease.

Can EasyHaus publish my vacancies to property portals?

No. EasyHaus does not syndicate listings. It shows which units are vacant or coming free so you can advertise them where you already do.
