You are responsible for your investors' data. EasyHaus gives you the controls and the evidence: who did what and when, and who can see which field.
What you can do
Audit trail
Every change to your organization's data is logged with the actor, the before and after values, the time and the request. Personal fields are masked in the diff. Owners and admins can filter the log and export it; nobody can delete it.
Roles and access
Owner, admin, manager and viewer roles, each with a fixed set of permissions.
- Require two-factor authentication for every member of your organization.
- See and revoke active sessions; changing a password ends the others.
- EasyHaus support can act in your account only after the owner turns on support access, and every action is logged. Support cannot read decrypted identifiers.
Documents with acknowledgements
Documents are versioned. Each acknowledgement records the user, the version, the time and the file hash, and downloads are logged.
Data protection
Tax IDs, identity document numbers, bank accounts and second-factor secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- Export a single client's data or your whole organization's data.
