Invite team members

Send an invitation, choose a role, and resend or revoke it. Invitations last 7 days and are not billed until accepted.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Settings, then Team, and choose Invite member.
  2. Enter the person's email address and choose a role: admin, manager or viewer.
  3. Choose Send invitation.

The person gets an email with a link that works for 7 days. If they are new to EasyHaus they create a password; if they already have an account, the invitation links to it. Accepting also confirms their email address.

Manage open invitations

  • Resend sends a new link with a fresh 7 days. The old link stops working.
  • Revoke cancels the invitation at once.
  • Only one open invitation per email address can exist at a time.

Seats and the trial

  • A person uses a manager seat once they accept. Pending invitations are not billed.
  • During the free trial, active members plus pending invitations count against the limit of 3.
