$49 per team member and $29 per active client, per month. What counts as a seat and what is free.

Every feature is included. There is no charge on the money you raise, because investor money never passes through EasyHaus. Prices are in US dollars, before any VAT or sales tax.

What is not billed

  • Pending invitations, until the person accepts.
  • Clients who are leads, prospects, inactive or archived.
  • Portal users. A client with three people in the portal still uses one client seat.
  • Properties, markets, listings, orders and documents, which are unlimited, within your storage of 10 GB.

An example

A team of 2 with 12 active clients pays 2 × $49 + 12 × $29 = $446 per month. Before you subscribe, the billing page shows this projection for today's seats.

Tip: Move a client to prospect or inactive to stop billing for them, if they will not be investing.

Where to see your seats

Owners and admins open Billing to see the seat counts, the monthly price and the next invoice. The count of active clients links to the filtered client list.
