What the page tells you
When you cannot order, the offering lists the reasons. Each has its own remedy.
| Reason shown | What to do |
|---|---|
| This offering is not open for orders | It has not opened yet, is paused, or is closed. If it is upcoming you can register interest. |
| Your account is not active for investing | Your manager has to activate your account. Prospects and inactive investors can look but not order. |
| This market requires an approved identity check | Finish your checklist. See Complete your identity check. |
| This offering is for a higher investor classification | Your manager must be satisfied you qualify. Talk to your manager if you think you do. |
| Some documents must be acknowledged first | Open each required document and confirm. See Documents and acknowledgements. |
| New subscriptions are temporarily unavailable | Your manager's account is paused. You can still read everything. Contact your manager. |
