The progress bar
Each order shows four steps: Submitted, Approved, Paid and Fractions issued, with what is done, in progress and still to come.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Your manager has your order and is reviewing it. |
| Waitlisted | You are in line, but no fractions are held for you yet. |
| Awaiting payment | Approved. Pay by the date shown. |
| Funded | Your payment is recorded in full. |
| Settled | Your fractions are issued. They appear in your portfolio. |
| Rejected | Your manager did not accept the order. The reason is shown. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled. |
| Expired | It was not paid in time. |
Documents on an order
- A subscription confirmation appears after approval.
- A certificate appears after your fractions are issued.
- Both are PDFs you can download.
Cancel an order
You can cancel until your manager approves it. After approval, contact your manager, who can cancel it and refund anything you have paid.
