Portfolio figures
FigureMeaning
Current valueYour fractions times the latest value per fraction. It uses your manager's latest valuation of each property.
InvestedWhat you have paid for your fractions.
Unrealised gainCurrent value minus invested. It becomes real only if you sell.
OwnershipYour share of the property: your fractions divided by all fractions issued.
DistributionsIncome paid to you so far.
  • If you hold properties in several currencies, totals are shown for each currency.
  • If your manager has not recorded a valuation yet, the holding is shown at what you paid.
  • Open a property for the value per fraction over time, your own register entries and the property's documents.

Returns

The annual return (IRR) takes into account when you paid and when you received income. It is shown only after at least a year of history, because a shorter period gives numbers that mislead. Until then you see a dash.

Note: Values depend on your manager's valuations, which can be a few months old. They are estimates, not offers to buy.
