Message your manager

Ask a question inside the portal and get the reply there and by email.

Write a message

  1. Open Messages and choose New message.
  2. Enter a subject and your message.
  3. Choose Send.
  • Messages are plain text. Attachments are added only by your manager.
  • You get an email when your manager replies. The email only says there is a message. Read it in the portal.
  • You can send up to 30 messages an hour.
  • Conversations your manager closes reopen when you reply.

Note: Never send passwords or full card numbers in a message.
