Returns and the rest

  • Expected gross and net yield, target IRR and the projected hold period, in months.
  • Distribution frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or at exit, and the date the first one is expected.
  • Use of proceeds: a list of labels with amounts.
  • Risks in rich text, and FAQs as question and answer pairs.

Disclaimers

  • Expected returns always appear with the statement that they are the manager's projections and are not guaranteed. It cannot be removed, and you can add your own disclaimer.
  • To hide expected returns in the portal altogether, turn off Show expected returns in the portal in Defaults.
  • Before submitting, investors see a statement that the subscription is a commitment to you, the manager, and not to EasyHaus.

Important: Projections are your statements. Only publish numbers you can support.
