Expiring documents and reminders

Give identity documents, insurance and other files an expiry date, and get warned before they lapse.

Who can do this: Owners, admins and managers

Set an expiry

Choose an expiry date in the settings of any document. Typical uses are identity documents, insurance policies, valuations and licences.

How you are warned

  • The dashboard lists Expiring documents: those that expire within the next period, with documents that have already expired first.
  • Owners and admins get one email a day, per person, when any document is 30 days, 7 days or 0 days from expiry.
  • The vault can be filtered by expiry.

Tip: Upload the renewed file as a new version so history and settings stay in one place.
