Limits

Upload limits

Property photos20 MB per photo. JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC.

How files are checked

  • Every file is checked by its content, not its name or extension. A renamed program, or a file that is not really a PDF, is refused.
  • A refused file is quarantined: the reason is kept for your audit trail and the file itself is deleted at once.
  • Uploads go straight to private storage and are accepted only if they are complete. Uploads that are never finished are cleaned up after 24 hours.
  • Downloads use a temporary link that works for 10 minutes and is created only after a permission check. Each download is logged.

If an upload fails

  • File too large: compress it or split it. PDFs of scans are often far smaller after optimising.
  • Type not accepted: convert it to PDF.
  • Storage is full: delete files you no longer need or ask us to raise the quota through the contact form.
  • Many uploads at once: an organization can start 60 uploads a minute. Wait a moment and retry.
