Delete your organization

• Export your data. After the purge nothing can be recovered.
• Tell your investors, because their portal stops working.
• Deleting is different from cancelling the subscription, which only makes the organization read-only. See Cancel your subscription.

1. Open Settings, then Data, and find the Danger zone.
2. Choose Delete organization.
3. Type your portal address and your password to confirm.

• Everyone is signed out and the client portal stops.
• The Stripe subscription is cancelled at once.
• The organization is kept for 30 days. EasyHaus support can restore it until then. A restored organization comes back read-only, and you subscribe again to unlock.

After 30 days the audit log is archived, every file of the organization is deleted from storage, and all of its records are deleted. User accounts are kept, because a person may belong to other organizations.
