Properties

Add a property

The six-step wizard for a new property, what is required, and the details you can record in each group.

  • Updated
  • For managers

Who can do this: Owners, admins and managers

Start the wizard

  1. Open Properties and choose Add property.
  2. Work through the six steps: Identity, Location, Physical, Financials, Fractionation and Media.
  3. Choose Finish on the last step.

The property is saved as a draft after the location step, so you can leave and continue later from the property page. Steps after Location can be skipped and filled in whenever you like.

What is required

  • A title and a type: land, apartment, house, villa, townhouse, building, office, retail, warehouse, industrial, hotel, mixed use, parking or other.
  • A city and a country.
  • A currency, which defaults to your base currency.
  • The total number of fractions. You can change it in the fractionation step.

Everything else is optional.
