See your sessions
Open your account menu and choose Sessions. Each row shows the browser and operating system, the network address and when it was last active. Your current device is marked This device.
Sign out a device
- Choose Sign out on a single row to end that session.
- Choose Sign out everywhere else to end all sessions except this one.
Changing or resetting your password also ends your other sessions. Do both if you think someone else got in.
The new-device email
When you sign in from a browser EasyHaus has not seen before, you get an email that names it, for example Chrome on Windows. It is not sent again for the same browser. If it was not you, sign out of every other session, change your password and report it through the contact form.
How long sessions last
You stay signed in while you use EasyHaus. A session ends after 30 days without activity. Investor sessions in the portal end sooner, after 14 days without activity.
